Description

An exquisite two-door wardrobe in the Biedermeier style, dating from 1820–1825. Its elegant form and perfect proportions embody the refined craftsmanship of the era.

The structure rests on sturdy, block-shaped legs with ebony-style detailing. The entire piece is adorned with harmoniously arranged ash veneer, enhancing the natural grain of the wood. The front is flanked by pilasters with a fluted surface, subtly profiled bases and capitals, and delicate ebony-style accents. Slender, elongated key escutcheons, also ebony-styled, add to the balanced and sophisticated composition. A classically designed cornice crowns the piece, giving it a noble presence.

Inside, the wardrobe features four spacious shelves, offering both practicality and ease of use. Its traditional construction allows for disassembly and reassembly using wooden wedges, making transport and installation effortless.

Meticulously restored, this wardrobe retains its original character and is fully ready for use.
