1. In-House Custom Crating
Every antique piece is unique in its fragility, materials, and dimensions. Before any item leaves our atelier, it undergoes a meticulous packing process. We design and build custom-made wooden transport crates tailored specifically to your piece. This museum-quality packaging guarantees maximum protection against shocks, climate changes, and handling during global transit.
2. Specialized Antique Transport
Once safely crated, your masterpiece is handed over to our dedicated antique and fine art transport partners. With years of experience handling delicate valuables for the world’s leading auction houses, our partners ensure your item is treated with the utmost respect and care from our atelier to your doorstep.
3. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer flexible shipping solutions tailored to your location and urgency:
Standard European Delivery: Secure ground-level delivery within 2 to 5 weeks.
Express European Delivery: Priority ground-level delivery within 2 to 5 days.
Global Air & Sea Freight: For our overseas clients, we arrange dedicated air freight (for swift delivery) or sea freight in 20ft/40ft containers, depending on the size of the piece.
White Glove / In-Home Delivery: Subject to availability, we can arrange premium in-home delivery directly into your desired room, rather than standard curbside drop-off.
4. Customs & Paperwork
International shipping should be worry-free. For our global clients, our logistics team handles all the necessary export documentation, customs clearance, and paperwork. You won’t have to deal with complex border regulations; we manage the entire process for you.
5. Full-Risk Insurance
Your peace of mind is guaranteed. Standard transport insurance is always included in our shipping quotes. However, for complete security, we highly recommend our All-Risks Insurance (available for just 3% of the item’s value), which covers the piece fully against any unforeseen damages during transit.
